{01.07.11, 04:09pm}  shootsac: Dulce, the bag comes with a shoulder strap, of course! However, it does not come with the shoulder PAD. If you have sensitive shoulders, you should get the pad, it is very good, but if you choose not to, you will still likely not have any issues.
