We are opening our doors to you! The new Shootsac boutique wants you to come visit for some hot toddies, sweet treats and HOLIDAY DEALS!! We want to get to know you, and we want you to get to know your new bag!
It's a great time to come and pick up some holiday gifts for someone you like, someone you love, or even yourself (don't worry, we won't tell!). Prices will be something to write home about, so come shop the night away with us. Bring a friend or 12!
Directions below--leave a comment if you plan to be there, and let us know how many people you're bringing with you--the more the merrier!
City Place Drive is a new street. Mapquest works but Google and your GPS may not. We are right across the street from Nordstroms at the Main Place Mall in the same center as McCormack and Schmicks
Taking the 1-5 South:
Take the 22 Fwy East, then exit Main Street and turn right onto Main Street, then Left onto City Place Drive--We are directly across the street from Nordstom.
Taking the 1-5 North:
Take the Main Street Exit and take the Main Street North ramp. Turn Right onto Main Street, go past Memory Lane, and turn Right on City Place Drive.
Taking the 22 West:
Take the Main Street Exit and turn Left onto LaVeta then Left onto Main Street. Turn Left again onto City Place Drive, just behind Barnes and Noble.
Taking the 22 East:
Take the Main Street Exit, Exit 15. Stay to the Right on the exit ramp and turn Right onto Town and County. At the 2nd light, take a Left onto Main Street. AT the first light turn Left onto City Place Drive.

Every now and then we'll run across a photo of someone using a shootsc for a purpose for which it was not intended. Today's usage comes from a girl after our own hearts here at Shootsac named Cristi Owen. Cristi found something other than lenses to carry in her bag, thus it's new favorite nickname, the Shoesac!

That's the story that Jessica Lorren told us the other day! She was shooting an engagement session in a hilly, rocky area when she went tumbling down with all her gear in her shootsac. She said, "That was a scary fall with all my gear, my clients went white as ghosts! But it was all safe and sound."
Jessica, we're sorry you fell, but we are sure glad that your lenses were protected! We will work on some custom neoprene bodysuits for you so that if this ever happens again, you will be protected too!

You know what I think of when the calendar goes from October 31 to November 1st? THANKSGIVING!! Yes, I know that Thanksgiving is only one day out of the month, but that doesn't stop me from thinking about it all month long. The turkey, the family, the good smelling candles, fall decorations--I love it all and it's all here THIS MONTH!
